1. Scope and operator

These terms apply to everyone who creates an account or uses Come In. The operator is Come In Labs FlexCo, Schottenfeldgasse 60/36-38, 1070 Vienna, Austria, FN 679694a, Commercial Court of Vienna.

2. Account

You must be at least 14 years old to create an account. You must provide accurate information and protect access to your phone number and session.

3. What Come In does

Come In helps bands plan dates, collect answers and availability, and share riders and setlists. The agreements between a band, its members, venues and promoters are theirs; Come In is not a party to them and does not guarantee that a date takes place.

You are responsible for what you enter. Use what other members share with you, such as their phone number, only for your band.

4. Come In Plus

Come In Plus is a subscription for one band, sold as an in-app purchase through the App Store or Google Play, monthly or yearly at the price the store shows before you buy. One member pays and the whole band has Plus. The subscription stays with the band it was bought for.

Every band has Plus free of charge for 30 days from its creation. This trial ends by itself and never turns into a paid subscription.

A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings, at the latest 24 hours before it renews. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund a period already paid. Without Plus, your band keeps everything it made and can still edit it.

Apple or Google is the seller and processes the payment, so their terms govern that transaction, including refunds and any right of withdrawal. In the iOS app, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

5. Fair use

Do not use Come In for unlawful content, harassment or to harm other people or our systems. We may restrict or end access where this is reasonably necessary to prevent abuse or comply with the law.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Come In reliable, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. We may change or discontinue functions for security, legal, technical or product reasons, and give reasonable notice where a change materially affects a paid subscription.

7. Liability

Come In Labs FlexCo remains liable where liability is mandatory by law, including for intent, gross negligence, personal injury and claims under applicable consumer law. Outside those cases, liability is limited to foreseeable damage caused by a material breach of our obligations.

8. Ending use

You may stop using Come In and delete your account at any time. A paid subscription is cancelled in the store, not by deleting the account.

9. Applicable law and contact

Austrian law applies, without excluding mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. Statutory places of jurisdiction for consumers remain unaffected. Questions and complaints go to [email protected].
