Delete your Come In account
You can permanently delete your account directly in Come In. If you no longer have access, you can also contact us.
Delete in the app
Open Me, then Account, then Delete account. Confirm once. Your account and personal data are permanently deleted, and you are signed out.

- Email [email protected]. The button below opens a prepared message.
- Include the phone number you use for Come In. If you sign in by email, include that email address instead.
- We may ask you to confirm that the phone number or email belongs to you. Never send us a password or one-time code.
We confirm your request and handle it within 30 days.
What we delete
Once account ownership is confirmed, we delete your sign-in account and sessions, profile, notification devices, and Come In activity linked directly to your account.
What we may keep
- Data required by law or needed for legal claims and abuse prevention is restricted to those purposes and deleted after the applicable legal period ends.
- Security and access logs, as well as encrypted backup copies, may remain for up to 14 days. They disappear through regular rotation and are not used in the live service.
